This Air-conditioned, non smoking apartment is 20 minutes from Nice Airport and 10 minutes from Cannes.  It is on the first floor of a new apartment block, a 5 minute walk from the sandy beaches of Juan les Pins.  The main autoroute for the Cote d'Azur is only a 10 minute drive away. This gives you access to Monaco and Italy beyond that.  To the West, St Tropez is only 100 km away with the Carmargue and Marseille further afield.  The train station is a 10 minute walk and the bus stops outside the apartment going in both directions to Nice and Cannes.
